This document describes how we use and process personal data on the www website. czechbeertaps.com or in our e-shop on www.czechbeertaps.com/shop/. You will also find information on how to contact us if you have questions about personal data. We will be happy to answer your questions.
The protection of personal data is governed by the GDPR Regulation (formally Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament of the Council of 27.4.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC).

In what situations will we process your personal data?
On the website www. czechbeertaps.com to process them, if you contact us, you want to advise us in our counseling center or you may be interested in employment with us.
On the pages of our e-shop, we will process your data when you set up your user account, order goods from us, subscribe to our newsletter or want to contact us.
We also use cookies on both our sites for a better user experience, you can find more information about them here.
For what purpose do we process personal data?
A) Order of services in the e-shop
In connection with your order, we process the personal data that you provide to us in the order. These are, in particular: name, surname, age, e-mail, telephone number, ID / address / registered office, confirmation data and payment other personal data that you will provide.
We need to process this personal data in order to be able to process your order, inform you about its status, deliver the ordered goods to you, or resolve any complaint. This processing is therefore necessary for the performance of the contract, in addition to processing this data for the purpose of recording the contract, and in the event that a dispute arises between us.
The said personal data is processed for the duration of these reasons for 10 years from the implementation of the last part of the contract, unless another legal regulation requires us to keep the contractual documentation for a longer period. This processing is necessary for the fulfilment of our legal obligation and for the purposes of our legitimate interests.
Since you become our customer, we can send you news to your e-mail address and there, such as what new products and events we are planning. Of course, you can refuse to receive these emails. This procedure allows us § 7 para. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Information Society Services. You can change this communication at any time by sending an e-mail to the info@colibris-flight.cz or by clicking on a link in the e-mail (commercial communication).
B) User account in the e-shop
If you are interested in setting up a user account, we need the following personal data from you: name and surname, address, age, e-mail, telephone number, password and login name. In addition, we will process your order history or your favorite products to make it as easy as possible for you to order.
We will process all this data in order to administer the account and enable orders in the interface of our e-shop.
We will process this data for the duration of its use and for a period of 3 years from the last login, based on the consent you gave us during registration. You can withdraw it at any time, for example by sending an e-mail to the info@colibrisflight.cz.cz or a letter to the address of our registered office.
C) Contact form
If you need to ask anything and send us a message via the contact form or inquiry through the counseling center, we will process your name and surname, e-mail address and other data that you provide in the content of the messages.
We process these personal data in order to be able to answer you and resolve everything that will be necessary, for the time necessary for the processing of the communication, or for a period of 12 months, unless another legal regulation requires the retention of communication for a longer period or if such storage is not necessary for the purpose of protecting the rights and legally protected interests of the Controller.
Who can help us with processing?
All personal data is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties. Exceptions are providers of processing software, services and applications such as.

General provisions and what rights you have in connection with the processing of personal data

The user voluntarily provides his personal data and agrees to their provision, or takes note of their processing under the above conditions.
Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.
In the event that a website user believes that the administrator or processor carries out the processing of his personal data that are contrary to the protection of private and personal life, or contrary to the law, especially if the personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, he may request the administrator or processor by requesting his electronic address, or in writing, so that the resulting state, eg. I will update or correct your data or restrict its processing. In addition, you can also request the deletion of your personal data, which the Administrator will perform, unless it is personal data that the Administrator is obliged or authorized to further process under the relevant legal regulations or their deletion is not contrary to the legitimate interests of the Administrator. If you ask for information regarding the processing of your personal data, the seller is obliged to send this information within 1 month to his electronic address or in writing by post. The administrator has the right to request reasonable for the provision of information in the previous sentence according to the reimbursement not exceeding the costs necessary to provide information, in the event of a repeated or manifestly unjustified request.
You may also object to the processing of personal data on the grounds of the Controller’s legitimate interest.
Customers’ personal data is secured against misuse. The handling of customers’ personal data is governed by the Regulation and the relevant provisions of Act No. 110/2019, on the Protection of Personal Data and on the Amendment of Certain Acts, as amended.
You can report any errors, queries, leaks or misuse of personal data to the relevant Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ). You also have the right to an effective judicial remedy if you consider that your rights were in the processing of the infringed personal data.
