Nostalgie taps are world-famous not only for their original appearance, but mainly for their unique functionality.
They are master tools with which, when used correctly, it is possible to purposefully influence the taste and other manifestations of draft beer.
Their main advantage is the quality of the foam that can be created with them. It is a wet, thick, creamy foam that is full of beer and contains almost no air. Such a foam is tasty, beautifully drinkable and is very pleasant in the mouth. In addition, it protects the beer in the glass from weathering and keeps it fresh for as long as possible. When the beer is properly poured into a perfectly clean glass, beautiful white rings remain on the glass after each drink – the so-called levels.
